I typed in my address wrong and need to change it. What do I do?
Don't worry, we can update an address up until the order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@getsoto.com. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of placement, but could go out as early as the same day if the order was placed prior to 1Â p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays. If your order has already shipped before updating your address, please contact us anyway so we can figure out a solution.
I ordered the wrong color. Can I exchange it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can Contact Us so that we can either cancel the order (if you don't know the color you want) or change it for the correct color.Â
If you have already received the order, we would be happy to offer a one time exchange free-of-charge.
In either case, if you're not sure what color you want, please order a Color Chart at getsoto.com/colorchart to find your color.
Once you know the color you want, Contact Us again to let us know your color so we can ship it out! We will include a return shipping label that you can use to return your original item.
What is your order processing time?
All of the orders placed throughour websiteship within 24 hours of being placed (Monday through Friday). If the order is placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time, we may even be able to ship the same day! Our products are also available for online purchase throughAmazon,Walmart, andLowe's, so the shipping time for those orders may be different, since they may have different business hours and shipping practices.
How much will it cost to ship?
We offer free shipping of orders of $15 or more.
